F1 FP3 Results have gone in favour of Mercedes, with Valtteri Bottas ending with the fastest lap time, and Lewis Hamilton in P2.
The Formula One 2020 British Grand Prix Free Practice 3 is over, and normalcy has returned to the grid, with Mercedes dominating the lap instances.
Valtteri Bottas clocked the fastest lap time, together with his accomplice Lewis Hamilton in P2. They are the overwhelming favorites for the win and podium on Sunday.
Red Bull’s Max Verstappen completed third fastest and is wanting a superb shout for a 3rd consecutive podium end this season. His teammate Alex Albon had a disappointing P13.
Racing Point had a good session with Lance Stroll ending fourth fastest. His F1-returning teammate Nico Hulkenberg did a honorable job and was in the Top 10. The F1 fanbase is wanting ahead to a possible first podium end for Nico in his decade-long Formula One profession.

Ferrari’s Sebastian Vettel torrid weekend at Silverstone continued, as he was simply the 14th fastest on the grid. This after he completed P18 in Fp2 and crashed out of Free Practice 1 with a “No Time” classification.
His teammate Charles Leclerc did properly to completed sixth fastest, and seems to be set to be among the many factors this weekend. It stays to be seen how the Ferraris carry out, with them struggling in fifth in the Constructors’ Championship.

What to look ahead in as we speak’s qualifying session at Silverstone?
It could be a shock if Mercedes don’t line up in the entrance row of the grid tomorrow, with each Bottas and Hamilton wanting ominous. There might be sturdy competitors between McLaren, Racing Point, Red Bull, Ferrari and Renault to make it to Q3 in qualifying.
But followers are all targeted on how Nico Hulkenberg performs on his Formula One return, and credit score to him, has achieved a passable job in his Racing Point up to now. Racing Point are but once more the workforce to be careful for this weekend.
