  • Three cups frozen veges (Coles frozen combined greens – $1.60)
  • 1 cups tomato pasta sauce (500g Raguletto Napolitano pasta sauce – $1.70)
  • ½ cup gentle grated cheese (Coles tasty gentle cheddar cheese $4)
  • Pasta (Coles Penne Pasta – $0.80)

Total = $11.45

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.

  • • Four tbsp bitter cream (Woolworths bitter cream 300ml – $2.10)

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 210°C.
  2. Pierce the potatoes just a few time and bake for 1-1 ½ hours till skins are crisp.
  3. Over medium warmth mix tomatoes and kidney beans, mash and season with olive oil and salt.
