Fix the Problem on Google Chrome Browser

  • First of all, you need to check your time and date setting before changing any other setting. Because, sometime it will possible that your system date and time is not set properly according to your time zone.
  • Check your browser version, maybe this error occurs while using older versions of chrome.
  • Another reason is the browser history and cache file, so you need to clean up both things and try it again.
  • Disable SSL protection option on Antivirus
  • If all these are not worked then follow my steps with is listed below

Change Setting of Chrome

  1. Open Chrome Browser
  2. Open setting Page by clicking on Option and then Setting
  3. Here, you need to search Proxy and open Proxy
  4. In the proxy Setting, You need to search “Internet Properties”, Open it and select the security tab
  5. On the Security tab, set security at Medium-high setting and click on OK
  6. Now move on Content tab, clear SSL state and again click on OK.

Delete Cert8 Files

  1. Open Mozilla Firefox
  2. Click on the menu button and then search help
  3. In the help section, Click on Troubleshooting information
  4. Now, open profile folder and delete cert8 file
  5. After deleting cert8, just restart Mozilla Firefox.
